Jonathan Solomon has spent seven years working directly with accounting and tax firms. He started on the growth side, his marketing and sales work sold millions of dollars in accounting services and built profit-sharing partnerships with firms, which gave him a front-row view of how firms actually operate, where their time goes, and what their software does and doesn't do. He then built LucaLedger, an AI-powered, all-in-one platform that automates much of a firm's routine work, in some cases up to around 90% of it. He writes about the software, economics, and AI transformation of accounting firms from the inside.
