What firms say after the switch

The pattern The same three things come up in every recording: time back, because the data is pulled instead of keyed; one place instead of five subscriptions that did not talk to each other; and clients who use the portal without being chased. None of the customers below were asked to say any of that.

Kenji Ridley

Licensed financial advisor, estate planner and accountant. Community Solutions Financial, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. 31 years in practice, serving small business owners and individuals in more than 35 states. Recorded August 18, 2026.

Before

Too many different software providers. They all did not talk to each other, or as I like to say, play nice in the sandbox. The cost, the monthly subscription cost for all these different softwares, and I lost time and productivity, and I used to get frustrated.

After

The thing that has made me the most excited about what you guys are delivering, you're giving me time back and I can operate in one place. I don't have to operate in five different places.

The client that I onboarded today, he's been a long-standing financial advisory client and estate client, but he has a nonprofit that is growing, and he needs to do financials for grants and things. When I explained all the things were in there, he said, "Sign me. Send me my portal link now."

How much time was it gonna take me to learn? And it took me hardly any time. The bookkeeping part is easy.

The differences here are it's pulling the data, and I just need to work through the data versus the data entry. That is changing my approach. I'm so used to having the data have to be entered versus pulled, where I just have to clean it and scrub it. Ballgame.

It's worth every dollar you spend because I keep showing you the alternatives. I show you this site, that site, but how much do you spend here on this? And it's disparate, where in reality we don't need all those things. When you're an accountant, a bookkeeper, a financial advisor, and you're working in these realms, this is a all-in-one solution.

If you got any experience with this, this is your solution, 'cause you're gonna start seeing relief immediately.

Kenji Ridley on getting time back and working in one place. 53 seconds.

Stephan Doyon

Accountant and tax preparer. Recorded July 2026.

Before

Manual. Manually, Excel. Basically all manual. Very long.

After

This process here that we're doing here ... like this is revolutionary. Because even QuickBooks, you cannot upload multi-item invoices like this. ... Do you know how many people are dealing with clients that come with a shoebox or that you need to rebuild everything from scratch?

So far we have never seen a tool that can do it like the way that we just talked about today, and we tested. That's unheard of.

You have direct communication in the interface, that you can send messages right away if there's a question. I've never seen that. You don't have to spend hours and days on the phone waiting. It's very fast response and very refreshing.

I would say I would jump. Go. Do it.

Stephan Doyon on multi-line invoice upload and response times. 194 seconds.

Hannah Bary

Bookkeeper. Recorded 2026.

Before

I basically was taking the bank statement and I had to type out line by line all the information, the month, the description, the amount, and then I had to categorize it.

After

The file that took me last year two weeks to do, it took me like two days.

I can very much attest to how much time this thing saves. It is amazing.

Hannah Bary on a two-week file taking two days (audio with captions). 49 seconds.

Sandra Shannon

Accountant. Recorded May 20, 2026.

After

It used to take me like an hour to get all their stuff handled for the day, and I think today it took me like 10 or 15 minutes.

Sandra Shannon on daily document handling going from an hour to 15 minutes. 13 seconds.

Erin Tofani

Accountant. Recorded June 8, 2026.

After

It's great. It's so fast. Like the one that I did that was only the four months of financials this morning, I could plug it in, everything was there. It was just a matter of minutes and then I could send the reports back. So that alone is gonna save us so much time.

We have several people that we have to do a whole year for at one time, and it being able to just be so quick is super helpful.

Erin Tofani on how fast document handling is. 43 seconds.

Berny Dupree

Accountant and tax preparer. Recorded July 2, 2026.

After

Amazing. It's amazing. That's all I can say. When I put in [the client's] stuff in here, it reconciled right away. I just scanned it in.

Berny Dupree on statements reconciling right away after scanning (screen share, client details masked). 13 seconds.

Vickie Diehl

Bookkeeper and tax preparer. Recorded July 29, 2026.

Before

Hours and hours of data entry, manually putting everything in over and over and over again.

After

Everything so far has worked great.

Give it a shot. They won't regret it. You'll cut your workload in quarter. You'll have time left to do other things now.

Vickie Diehl on cutting the workload to a quarter. 53 seconds.

David J Le

Accountant and tax preparer. Written note and a call recorded August 7, 2026.

After

This is a very different vision from traditional accounting software, and I believe it has the potential to fundamentally change how firms operate.

AI, of course, does it in minutes. And of course, we doing it by hand will be two hours, three hours. The heavy work should be done by AI, and then we just need to go back and review to make sure it makes sense.

David J Le on AI doing in minutes what took hours by hand. 38 seconds.

The numbers we can stand behind

These are individual results, not typical outcomes. How much time a firm gets back depends on its workflows, how many clients use the portal, and how fully the team adopts the review-instead-of-enter way of working.

See it on your own clients

These stories are recorded, not scripted. The next best proof is your own books: on a demo we run your workflow rather than a canned one, and you decide from there.
